I’m Joe the Emoji.

I when I’m glad.

I when I’m angry.

I when I’m sad.

Whenever I’m silly

my goes like this.

I if I like you,

or blow you a .

I when I’m tired.

I when afraid.

I have the most flexible

ever made.

I hope that you me

and don’t think I’m rude.

The reasons why I like this poem is because:

It is funny

It rhymes

It has full stops and capital letters

It has funny emojis

NOT SO FAST FOOD

Burgers, pizzas, chicken wings.

Tacos, French fries, onion rings.

Ice cream, donuts, cookies, cakes.

Soda, chips, and chocolate shakes.

These are things I like to munch,

breakfast, dinner, snack and lunch.

Every meal I eat includes

more, and more, and more fast foods.

Yet with every meal I eat

I grow slower on my feet.

This is why I want to know

why does fast food make me slow?

The reasons I like this poem:

Because it sounds tasty

Waves

                            Woosh whoosh goes the waves.

                                  Up and down the waves go.

                                        Let's go surfing.

                                                   Shell

                           Glitter glamour goes the shells.

                The sun is so hot the shell is sparkling in my eye.

                                   So shiny and bright.

  

                                                   Water

                   The water is  so clear and sparkly today.

Jump off the board into the sea, splash sharks are coming towards me.

             Something is tickling me, it’s a starfish under my feet.

Investigating Havelock’s water supplies

A few weeks ago the water has contaminated and spreading from Havelock North to Hastings.
The water has a tummy bug and the tummy bug can do bad things to you.
Vomit

Diarrhea

Tummy cramps

The tummy bug is something that is really bad because, you can die from it or get sick from it that's why it is bad for you.

Did you know it took a while  for people to know if the water was good or not.

In conclusion

I think people need to boil and buy water so they don’t get sick, or die.

Soccer Skills

In room 18 we are doing soccer, it’s  hard but I’m getting good at it.

Soccer is the most fun game and I also know  some of my skills, they are dribble and kicking at the target. Those are my favourite skills to do.

The rule we all need to know is to keep the ball under your

Nose, and  between your toes.

I think soccer is fun to play with everyone or your friends.⚽

Dribbling	😧	I’m not doing  bad I just need more practice.	Working cooperatively with a partner	😀	Working with a partner is really fun and easy.
Kicking accurately to a target or person	😧	I’m getting there Just need more practice.	Following Instructions	😧	I know it but once I play it gets hard following the Instructions.
Heading the ball	😩	I can’t really do this but I will try.	Working well as a team	😧	Not really good at this but I’m doing well working with a team.
Weaving in and out of cones	😩	I don’t know what this means or how to do it.	Playing a game	😧	I’m still getting use to the game but I’m trying  my hardest.
